August sales rise for SUV in US

The German automaker said the U.S. sales of its Mercedes-Benz GL-Class full sized SUV rose by 28 % in August. Study shows automatic braking reduces rear-end crashes
volvo-suv-xc60The Highway Loss Data Institute reports, systems to automatically brake a vehicle if it appears they are going to slam into the car in front of them at low speeds are preventing one out of four rear-end collisions.
