The BMW X3 : Summing Up
The exterior of the BMW X3 SUV has not changed much except for the Panoramic Moonroof and many are not impressed with the repeated looks which tend to make the latest in the BMW X3 SUV Series look completely outdated. Contrary to the exterior is the interior which some feel is absolute luxury however; the controls which are way too many and the confined rear-seat does not go well with what is expected of the BMW X3 SUV Series. Adding to the woes is the upholstery which is fairly good but not magnificent enough for this range of an SUV. The Seating with the BMW X3 SUV Series are quite spacious but only in the front; one wishes the same could have been said about the rear too. Almost similar to other compact SUV’s in this class the cramped rear seat is definitely a let down. Cold weather package with the BMW X3 SUV is optional and is available with a heated front and rear seats, including headlight washers that are retractable. Most users have felt that the quality of the BMW X3 SUV interiors is fairly good nevertheless, the cluttered dashboard with innumerable buttons are disappointing. The leather-wrapped steering is tilt/telescopic, there are vehicle and key memory, automatic climate control, auxiliary audio input, service internal indicator, HD radio and remote entry/tailgate release. The BMW X3 SUVis quite spacious for a compact SUV and provides 71 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats folded and is ahead amongst other competitors in its range. |
