2011 GMC Yukon Hybrid
Originally GMC launched its Yukon in 1992. GMC Yukon continues a long custom of sport utility vehicles of excellent performance and quality. With increasing gas prices and eco-protests, the market for large SUVs has seen better times. GMC answered the call for improved fuel economy with the 2008 by introducing Yukon Hybrid and XFE models. These deliver along with the finest in class city and highway EPA ratings respectively. The 2011 GMC Yukon Hybrid is closely connected to the Chevrolet Tahoe Hybrid and the Cadillac Escalade Hybrid. All three have just about the same capabilities, although the Tahoe Hybrid has [...]

2011 GMC Terrain
The 2011 GMC Terrain gives compact SUV buyers enhancement, high-tech standard features and great fuel economy, but all the standards means the Terrain has a high starting price for the class. All models come with a six-speed automatic transmission. The interior of the GMC Terrain comfortable and pretty well isolated from the noise and chop of the road. Interior design and workmanship is quite good.Anyone looking [...]

2011 GMC Acadia
The 2011 GMC Acadia SUV is the perfect substitute for a minivan and though the price may seem a bit too steep, you still get seven or eight seating, huge cargo space and fuel efficiency beyond compare. However, the SUV does come with an expensive price tag which could be too hot to handle. “Never judge a book by its cover” goes well for the GMC Acadia and if you look at the exterior of the SUV, [...]

hummer The latest model from General Motors’ Hummer brand was created to attract a broader range of potential buyers. Like the mammoth H1 and the large H2, the new H3 promises authentic Hummer style and off-road capabilities in a smaller, more fuel-efficient package. Hummer claims the H3 is about the same length as a typical midsize sedan — and therefore is able to maneuver through urban traffic. When necessary, however, the H3 can demonstrate Hummer’s famous crawling and climbing abilities just like its larger siblings. The H3 is easily identifiable as a Hummer due in part to its short overhangs, pronounced fender flares, upright [...]

gmc GMC revived the Envoy name for 2002 on a brand-new midsize model related to the Chevrolet Trailblazer. The five-passenger Envoy arrived first, and GMC soon added the extended-length seven-passenger Envoy XL that featured three rows of seats. All 2006 models come standard with General Motors’ StabiliTrak electronic stability system. The regular Envoy’s 4.2-liter inline-six-cylinder engine has slightly more power for 2006, and a 5.3-liter V-8 is still offered for Denali models. For 2006, V-8-equipped Envoys gain Displacement on Demand technology to improve fuel economy. The system was previously optional. Upscale Denali editions of the Envoy and Envoy XL feature aluminum wheels, [...]
